FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1- Are estimates free of cost?

Yes, all estimates are free. You can call our office to make an appointment or you can fill out our estimate request form here on the website.

2- How long does it take for the job to get done once I approve the estimate?

We always schedule all jobs for our customers convenience, but in the busy season it could take 2 to 3 weeks to get you on the schedule. It all depends on how busy we are at the time.

3- How do I pay for the job once completed?

Once the job is finished, you will be presented an invoice. You can pay directly with a check payable to Ps Tree Service, a bank check or money order. You can also go to the bottom of this website's homepage and click on Pay Now and it will redirect you to our PayPal account. Credit card payments are accepted, but the price might be subjected to additional fees. Your estimate will have that information.

4- Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Ps Tree Service is licensed through the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. We are fully insured with liability, vehicle insurance and Works Compensation. We can provide proof of all licenses and insurance upon request.

5- Who's responsible when a tree falls on a neighbor's property?

Some tree removal projects are important for our safety. If your tree falls on your neighbor's house, the basic (and almost always applied) rule is that the insurance policy of the property that was damaged pays for the loss.In another words, if your tree falls on your neighbor's house, his homeowner's insurance covers the damage. If his tree falls on your house, your insurance covers the damage. It can be a little complicated, sometimes it all depends on your policy and your deductible. I suggest that every homeowner check their policy and also be alert about your neighbor's trees. It's always just best to avoid the problem altogether and remove any trees that are considered a threat.
