What a wonderful company to work with! From the initial call and quote to booking everything was smooth and simple. The real greatness came on the day of work. The workers were very friendly and answered any of our questions, and made every attempt to go above and beyond. We had some old branches that they cleared out, they cleaned up our leaves. We had a large branch fall and crush our railing on our front stairs and they even fixed that!! Their prices are also great! I highly recommend them to anyone looking to clear out some trees!

We used PS Tree Service to remove a tree that was very close to our house and to prune back the branches of another tree that were extending over the edge of our roof and gutters. Left an initial message and Dayzane was prompt in returning my initial call and setting up an appointment for a quote. She had to delay the initial visit an hour or so, but called a few hours ahead to give us a head's up, which we appreciated, and was forthcoming about the reasons why, which we understood. Once here, she spent a few moments looking at the tree & branches and gave us options and a reasonable and competitive quote. Encouraged us to seek out other quotes and let her know if we received a cheaper one, which they would try to match. Turns out, their initial quote was in line with others we talked to. Scheduling for the actual work was a bit hit or miss due to the amount of projects this group works on, but that's to be expected of any highly sought service. Eventually, we were able to get a definitive date and time settled. The crew arrived promptly on time and took about 2 hours to complete the entire project. It was very professionally done and they did a nice job cleaning up afterward. Very friendly and personable crew as well. Would recommend this company and will be looking to them should we need further work done in the future.

I was completely impressed by the service I was given. They took 2 very large trees down in a tight space in my backyard. On time, professional. As sometimes things happen, and a small branch had fallen and cracked the vinyl fence post cap. I wasn't going to hold up the money for such a small problem but I wanted it fixed. They said they were going to come back, the following day when I was cleaning my yard, he did come back with a replacement fence post cap, but he wasn't happy with the look, as it didn't match perfectly, he returned the 3 rd day while I was at work and not only did they fix the fence post cap, they cleaned out my yard waste I had put together. Once upon a time I had a tree in my back yard, growing into my foundation. Trees are trees are trees to me, but mulberries are not oaks are not pines to an arborist. I called around to a few places, and roughly got quotes in the same price range. However Dayzane from PS Tree Service quoted me the lowest price of all, which was closest to what I expected from removing a single tree. While on site, she also talked to me about the health of some of the other trees and plants in my back yard. We talked about hedges, and how I could use them in place of chain link fences, and I got all of my grins and giggles in with a professional about how to manage the plants on my property. When I was finally ready to schedule the job, the team showed up exactly on time. I pointed them to the offending trunk, and they went right to business. A few neighbors and I stood and watched for a bit just to see the guys go to town with chain saws, and vaporize the stumps in their wood chipper. It was jolly good fun to see the wood chips fly, and then inside for a few minutes. It feels like I barely had time to take off my coat when the tree was gone. They were just that fast and efficient. Ronan was polite, and friendly, answered any of my final questions, and did exactly what we agreed at exactly the right time. Short of working for free, I could not have asked any thing more of this company. They did a great job, and I would recommend them to any one who needs tree service.

I didn't notice till late that night and was out there trying to move it back by myself. I picked them due to the ratings here so I guess I had much higher expectations. I would probably use them again but would need to be home when they finished.

PS tree did a job in our neighborhood. Very unhappy with the way everything was handled. No police detail was there. They took it upon themselves to close down the street. The police were called & they shut down the job. They were required to have the police there while they finished the job & tore the road up with their bobcat. We will be talking to someone in the DPW. We have waited for years to have our road paved & these guys come in & trashed it. They should be held accountable.

Tree Services. If anyone is in need of a Tree Service Company, I would recommend PS Tree Service our of Holbrook. A few years ago when we had those nasty storms, a large branch broke off of one of the trees in my backyard. The branch landed on my next door neighbor's power lines ripping them from her house. This happened on a weekend. I called a few companies but they were to busy to come right away. Then I called PS Tree Service. Dayzane de Souza, the operations manager came right over. She provided a very reasonable price and had the team at my home that afternoon. They removed the limbs from the wires so the electricians could reconnect the power. Last week I called them back to clear branches hanging over my driveway and garage as well as to finally remove the tree that hangs over my neighbors house. Again Dayzane was reasonable and was able to workout a payment plan. They arrived at 8:00 this morning and completed the job in 2.5 hours. The crew were extremely courteous, careful and clean. They cleaned all walkways, driveway and backyard when they were through. If you need any tree work, call PS Tree Service at 617-648-6173. They are a family business consisting of brothers and their families.

PS Tree Service did a fantastic job at removing a huge tree that had fallen in my backyard and landed on my neighbor's shed. They were very prompt in getting me a quote and were knowledgable about the ways in which insurance works to cover these types of things. They made themselves available as soon as I was able to get the go ahead from insurance; they provided me with a copy of their insurance forms very quickly; and they were lightning fast at removing the fallen tree and debris. They were also very careful about lifting the fallen tree off of my neighbor's shed so as not to add more damage to it in the process. I was even able to get their opinion about some other trees on my property, and because they already had the equipment out, they were able to offer me a great deal on removing two additional trees and trimming another. I highly recommend PS tree service. This is how a company is supposed to be run! I had called multiple tree cutting services to try to get an estimate to have large branches from my neighbors tree cut back from over my house. No one returned my call. Dayzane actually answered the phone and came out the next day to look at the job. It was difficult access to the tree but she said no problem. She sent me an estimate from her car from in front of my house! And the estimate was better than what I had expected. The day of the job, the weather was terrible but she kept in touch with me all through the day to let me know if the crew was going to be able to do the job. Amazingly, they were. I commented to them that I couldn't believe they would be up in a tree in the rain and they just smiled. They cut back the tree exactly where I wanted and once they left, you would have never known they were even here. To say that I am happy and satisfied would be an understatement. Thank you! I just had a number of trees removed from my yard the other day from PS Tree Service and this was the second time I had contracted with them.
They are the utmost in professionalism, courtesy and quality of work.
I called Dayzane and she came out and she came out to survey the job and showed up when promised and on time. Like I said, we had used PS Tree the previous year and I felt extremely comfortable in dealing with them. We had a couple of trees behind a shed that if they had fallen, would have damaged a new fence we had put up, not to mention the damage they could have done to the shed.
Her brother Ronan and his crew came out and did an exceptional job with recommendations for future tree removals. They even removed another tree which was not even in the plan.He and his crew go way above and beyond what is expected from the actual tree removal to the cleanup and care in taking care of my property. A very professional and thorough job from start to finish! Dayzane came out in the pouring rain and gave us a quote via email within an hour. We got a quote from another tree company and PS Tree was literally thousands less!! The crew came out the following week and removed a huge sugar maple and another tree that was leaning on our back fence. They were very professional and knew what they were doing as this sugar maple was a massive tree that was a danger to our property as it was rotting. This is a very responsible company to work with. I needed to remove some trees in my back yard and called around many companies. PS Tree Service is the most accommodating company I have found. Their price is very competitive and lower than most companies I have called. Once I schedule the work, they showed up right on time. They went to great length to protect the ground by lining the driveway with cut down tree trunks before cutting down the main trunk. ​Sales Rep Dayzane was awesome to work with.... gave a fair price for the work in the Braintree area and stayed in contact with us until the job was complete.... two huge 80-100 ft. trees where removed and others trimmed over a new stockage fence, garden and flagstone patio with no damage what so ever.....Ronan and crew were meticulous with laying down plywood to assure no lawn damage occurred due to heavy trucks...the clean up was excellent... While on site, she also talked to me about the health of some of the other trees and plants in my back yard. We talked about hedges, and how I could use them in place of chain link fences, and I got all of my grins and giggles in with a professional about how to manage the plants on my property.
When I was finally ready to schedule the job, the team showed up exactly on time. I pointed them to the offending trunk, and they went right to business. A few neighbors and I stood and watched for a bit just to see the guys go to town with chain saws, and vaporize the stumps in their wood chipper. It was jolly good fun to see the wood chips fly, and then inside for a few minutes. It feels like I barely had time to take off my coat when the tree was gone. They were just that fast and efficient.
Ronan was polite, and friendly, answered any of my final questions, and did exactly what we agreed at exactly the right time. Short of working for free, I could not have asked any thing more of this company. They did a great job, and I would recommend them to any one who needs tree service.

We used PS this past weekend after the massive wind/rain storm!! My husband called numerous tree services...nobody answered except PS!!! He talked to Dayzane on Saturday...she said she couldn't get anybody out that day(South Shore,MA ..so many emergencies!) She called us on Sunday and said her crew could be here Monday morning. We had a medium size ,but tall tree, which had split & was being held up from branches of surrounding trees-if this tree fell..it would of fallen across our driveway and hit our house! PS was here for about an hour! They did a spectacular job!! We are grateful to them & the awesome customer service they have given us!! Already planning on using PS again in the near future to trim other trees on our property!!! Highly recommend this PS tree service!!!!

I can't begin to tell you how impressed I am with this company!
It started with Dayzane, she's very professional,efficient & fare in quoting an estimate and setting an appointment(not too mention very personable).
Her brother, Ronan and his crew were here today . Thoroughly amazed at the job they did!! Way above & beyond anything that we were expecting !!!! As I had previously mentioned...we had lots if limbs from big trees on our property that needed trimming as well as a dead tree/ stump & part of a large pine tree (approx 40ft)that had split and fallen in our back yard.
We are in awe of the work that was done on our property !! Cannot say enough positive things about this experience!!!! These guys are incredible at their jobs! Our property hasn't looked better! They did an awesome job cleaning everything up after they had finished too!!!!

These guys are great! We had a couple of large Spruce trees fall during this past storm. The trees came to rest on our garage and fence. Dayzane came out the same day to evaluate and schedule the removal. The guys showed up and were able to remove the trees so carefully as not to cause any damage to the garage or fence - amazing!
We knew they were good because they took down some enormous white pines for us a few years back and were very reasonable and very professional! Great experience from start to finish!

Let me start off by saying I've never encountered a more professional team in my life. They are very responsive and hands on. Our original appointment had to be shifted due to rain. They called us when they had another opening and moved us up, no questions asked!
Our backyard was a complete disaster with dead, rotted trees, in just short of an acre of land, very unsafe. The trees were close to falling on our neighbors. They did a fantastic job! They made it very easy all the way through the process. Dayzane came out to assess the job and give us a quote. She was very nice, professional and thorough about the details of the job (chipping, keeping the oaks for fire wood, pruning some of the trees that were staying, etc.). The quote was much better than the 3 others that we got. On the day of the job they showed up on time with a crew and all the equipment. Paul was the contact person and he was also very nice and professional. They worked very efficiently and did a great job! This was a pretty big job by the way, probably about 30 trees. What can't one say about this family owned and run company!! I met them about ten years ago, relative to my needing a few 80 ft trees removed. They showed up like a tree removal army, and early!! Although I know their entire family to be Brazilian, all employees spoke English, were polite, and professional. The trees were quietly gone within 2 hours, as well as all debris, leaving not even a hint of work having been done! Relative to the price of that removal, you would think for such a reasonable price, the workmanship would suffer, however not so with these gentlemen.
I have used this company numerous times since, and have found them to be as refreshingly competent and professional as the first time! So much so, they actually returned 2 months later to remove a stump they had promised to, long after i had forgotten about it.
I have referred them to several friends and neighbors, only to hear their praises sung over and over again.
Everyone needs a good attorney, a good accountant, and if there's such a thing as a good tree removal company, make PS Tree Service that company. I guarantee your satisfaction.
